BOOKING CONDITIONS ALKARAM

• Price includes departure cleaning, sheets, shower and pool towels.
• Minimum stay of 1 week. On certain dates rentals are accepted for periods of less. Check availability and price.
• Ask for price of extra cleanings during stay, extra beds, pets, etc.
• Day Check-in from 5pm or 6pm.
• Day Check-out before 12.00.

INFORMATION ABOUT RATES AND BOOKING

• To guarantee the reservation a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required.
• The client must send a photocopy of the D.N.I at the time of booking and signing the contract.
• Once the reservation is made, you have 1 day to send us the payment voucher by e-mail or by WhatsApp. In case of not receiving the voucher within this period, the pre-booking will be canceled.
• 60 days before the reserved date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be paid.
• The remaining amount of the reservation will be paid upon arrival (same bank details as the deposit).
• Deposit: a € 2,000 deposit will be paid by bank transfer. In case of damage to the dwelling due to non-compliance with its proper use and maintenance, the tenant will be notified of the amount of damages incurred, and will be subtracted from the deposit paid. Within a period not exceeding 15 days, the total deposit will be paid into your account if everything is correct, or the proportional part will be charged according to the damage caused to the dwelling, and previously informed.
• The expenses derived from any of the bank transfers, will be paid by the tenant.
